Which year Irocs were not intended to exist?

So the bra on the front is probably covering damage or chipped paint, but even it's fabric has been scraped through at the bottom

I know someone who has a 1990 IROC Z in his garage next to a pillarless Bel Air....
But also my delaer has a yellow Camaro SS for 28k....
